Working Together to Combat DNS Abuse

The Institute strives to serve as a networking forum and a central sharing point across all interested stakeholders related to DNS Abuse issues. Collaboration with technical and academic organizations in the DNS Abuse, registries, registrars, and security researchers should help enable the entire DNS to be better equipped to fight DNS Abuse. The Institute will serve to:

  • Facilitate data sharing between parties to allow for prompt identification and action on DNS Abuse.
  • Conduct surveys of registries and registrars at regular intervals on DNS Abuse trends.
  • Coordinate advocacy efforts at the industry, local, and regional levels.
  • Host regular seminars, webinars, and conferences for DNS Abuse stakeholders.
